Last updated November 8, 2026. This notice explains what AlexBeil.com collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors in the United States and internationally.

Who runs this site

AlexBeil.com is run by Alex Beil. The site is hosted on Wix, which also provides the forms and the contact records described below and processes information on Alex’s behalf.

What we collect, and why

Coffee Date Questions and the Free Relationship Intervention Guide. When you request either free resource, we collect your email address. Your request is stored in Wix Forms and Wix Contacts, and Alex receives a notification email about it. After Wix confirms your request, the resource opens in your browser.

Collaboration inquiries. The Collaborate form collects your name, email address, optional company, inquiry type and message, so Alex can review and reply.

Optional newsletter preference. Some forms include an unchecked box to say you would like occasional emails. Requesting a resource never signs you up for marketing on its own. If you opt in, we may later send occasional emails, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe. Until then, the preference is only recorded.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies set by Wix keep the site secure and working, for example to protect forms from abuse and remember your privacy choice. These are always on.

Optional Wix analytics records page visits, including the page address and the page you came from. It is off by default and only runs if you allow it in Cookie preferences, linked in the footer, where you can change your choice at any time.

We do not use advertising pixels or social media tracking. Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Amazon, Lulu and other sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and contact details for as long as they are needed for the purpose you gave them for, such as fulfilling your request, replying to an inquiry, or sending emails you agreed to receive, and until you ask us to delete them. We review stored records periodically and delete those we no longer need. Wix may keep backups for a limited time under its own policies.

Where information is stored

Wix stores data on servers in the United States and other countries. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws. Wix provides safeguards for these transfers as described in its own privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent you have given, at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. For example, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some U.S. states can object to certain processing and complain to their local data protection authority.

To make a request, use the contact form and choose the most relevant inquiry type. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
